[Kolarstwo torowe] jazda/trening w Arena Pruszków

Witam,

I hope it's not against the rules to post a question on English If there's a dedicated subforum for non-Polish speakers - kindly redirect me there, I just couldn't find it.

So, I will be visiting Warsaw later this month, and I wonder if could take several riding sessions at Arena Pruszków while there (I do have some prior velodrome experience). I've checked out http://www.arenapruszkow.pl/ostre-kolo/ and sent an email to BJ Rowery, but never heard back from them. Basically I wanted to know how the rental works, how to find them in the Arena, do I need to call and book a bike in advance, do I need to bring my own pedals, etc. Also, I wonder if there are any amateur clubs/teams training that I could possibly join (for a couple weeks )
