Please help with route in Poland

Hello all

 

I'm planning a small cycling trip in Poland. A route is the following: Krakow - Katowice - Opole - Wroclaw.
I would like to go from Krakow to Katowice by road '79'

And to go a length Katowice-Opole-Wroclaw by road 'Doroga Krajowa 94'

 

So. Is a cycling allowed or denied on those roads, who knows?

Of cource I know that cycling is denied on Autostrada https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autostrada
But what about those roads?

I marked road 97 by red pins and Doroga Krajowa 94 by blue pins
